How can I cancel an order?

I accidentally canceled my order. Can I resume it?

If your order was canceled by mistake and you would still like to receive the service, the best solution is to place a new order during checkout.

If you canceled your order using the link in your confirmation email, you should receive a cancellation confirmation email shortly after.

I don’t see the option to cancel my order. What should I do?

If your order includes a gift card or promotional item, the cancellation option may not be available.
